Samsung Frame TV Installation in Aurora, IL

The Frame only reads as art when it sits flush, hangs at the right height and has no cable in sight. In Aurora that last part depends heavily on which side of town you're on.

We install Frames in newer far-east and far-west subdivisions where wiring hides easily, and in older homes near the river where plaster and brick call for a different cable plan.

The slim-fit mount and the flush finish

A Frame on a standard bracket stands off the wall and immediately looks like a television. The slim-fit mount pulls it tight so the bezel reads as a picture frame.

We level the panel in both directions, center it against the wall or the furniture beneath, then check the reveal on all four sides — an uneven gap is the one flaw people notice from across the room.

Connect box placement and cable routing

The One Connect box carries every source, so where it lives determines how the invisible cable is routed. We pick the spot first — a cabinet, an adjacent closet wall, or a recessed in-wall box — and then plan the path.

Newer Aurora construction with drywall over wood studs takes an internal run and a recessed power outlet without difficulty. That's the cleanest possible result: nothing visible below the panel at all.

Older Aurora homes: plaster, lath and brick

Closer to downtown and the Fox River, walls change. Plaster over lath is mountable and strong but drills differently, and it hides a lot of blocking and old wiring that a stud finder won't announce.

Solid brick and stone can't be fished at all. There we run the invisible cable in a low-profile paintable channel matched to the wall, or take it through a neighboring drywall chase where the layout allows. It's a planned detail, not an improvisation on the day.

Sizing, height and art mode

A Frame is watched sitting down and admired standing up, so we set the centerline from your seating rather than at gallery height. On larger Frames we schedule two installers.

Before we leave, art mode is configured, your sources are connected through the connect box and all packaging is removed.
